Our Team loves to travel, is creative, finds the most unusual yet well-founded solutions and is active in sports.
Vegan: we bake the vegan and, if desired, gluten-free and KETO,  delicacies ourselves with a lot of love.

We bake according to tried and tested recipes and design new recipes - every cake and each tartelette is unique.

German tutor:  We are a team of ambitious native speakers who live here in Costa Rica and give courses

in the beautiful language German, mostly online but also in person.
Our core competencies lie in conversation and communication. Of course, we have the know-how to prepare you for an A1 to C1 exam. We have many years of experience and many students have laughed with us, learned grammar and passed exams. Sometimes they even pulled their hair out - but with humor, patience and knowledge we have solved every problem in grammar.
 

 

Fitness:  We are two Instructors with passion:

Together we are an unbeatable team and get muscles and circulation going. Very good background health knowledge from medicine and natural healing methods enables us
to act in a way that is gentle on the joints and back. With our courses and offers you will feel like you and
your body are in good hands. It's a well beeing for body and soul. We work individually on your sporting goals.
We can be booked as personal trainers to help you achieve clear fitness goals. Likewise for a sporting
experience and family event in your holiday property. Or as a travel companion.
We will put together your very own individual fitness program in Costa Rica, preferably at Lake Arenal.

Products: We would like to offer  a special experience. Easy access to local (often artisanal) products. Our selection of products is focused on  everyone who lives in Costa Rica, who vacations here, and who travels
the wonderful country of Costa Rica and that are looking for local sustainably produced products.  

At the same time, we want local producers to showcase their products to a wider range of clients. 
We created a selection of special items and delicacies (see product list). These products are made and
grown here in sunny Costa Rica and refined with love and closeness to nature.

When we created this selection  we focused on: 
°     variety of products with rich flavors
°     quality and clean production methods 
°     typical regional and local (Costa Rican) products 
°     products with the "Pura Vida" feeling or that we simply feel are great treats!
